Remember when you buy a condo there is also condo fees that need to be paid. Most lenders today are aksnig at least 10% down on a condo plus you have closing cost. We can not tell if you qualify for a loan because we don’t have all your cost. Taxes, insurance, condo feesI would go to a lender and let them tell you if you qualify or not.
